Kiladangan GAA Club & Community BBQ Fun Day
A great day was had by all last Sunday at the clubs BBQ fun day where despite a few showers it didn’t dampen spirits with face painting, hanging tough and the obstacle course proving great hits. Many thanks to all from the Senior, Camogie and Juvenile clubs who’s efforts made the day a great success for all.
The Senior hurlers will face Holycross Ballycahill this coming Friday 15th September at 7.45 pm in Semple Stadium in the County Quarter Final. Well done to the Junior 'C's who started off their championship campaign with a 0-14 to 0-9 victory over Burgess last Sunday evening in Kilcolman. The lads were down 0-5 to 0-7 at half time but put in an impressive second half performance to get the win. Full teams, scorers and score tracker available on KiladanganGAA.com. The next round of the North Championship will take place on the weekend of 23rd/24th September.
Astro & Ball Wall Development
Great progress has been made so far on the astro and ball wall development at the club grounds in Puckane. Check out the clubs social media pages for a new video which shows the progress made so far. Thanks to Eoin Kelly for putting the video together.

The Under 17 hurlers had an impressive 3-17 to 2-15 victory over Burgess last Thursday in Templederry in the North 'B' Hurling Semi Final. The McGrath brother - Chullain (2) and Rian were the Kiladangan goal scorers. They took on Newport in the final on Monday 11th September with no result at time of going to print.
The Under 8 camogie's and Under 7 hurlers put on a great display last Saturday morning in the parish league.
