Divisional Draws
A number of North draws took place last week. In the North Junior ‘B’ hurling league there will be two groups of six with Kiladangan been drawn in a group with Borrisokane, Silvermines, Newport, Ballina and Portroe with the top two teams in the groups going to the semi final stages. There will be three groups of three for the North Under 21 ‘A’ Hurling championship with one top team going straight to the final and the remaining two top teams to play in a semi final. Kiladangan have been drawn to play Borris Ileigh and Moneygall/Clonakenny in the group stages. There will be a single group of seven for the Minor ‘A’ hurling championship with the lads to take on Nenagh Eire Og, Lorrha Rovers, Roscrea, Kilruane MacDonaghs, Silvermines and Toomevara. With a club pulling out of the North Minor ‘B’ football championship, a re draw was required with two groups of four with Silvermines, Moneygall/Clonakenny and Lorrha taking part in Kiladangan’s group with the top two to the semi finals.

County Draws
Recent draws took place to determine the sequence of games in both the group stages of the county senior and intermediate hurling championships as well as the county league. In the Senior County Championship, Kiladangan will take on Borris Ileigh in Round 1, Upperchurch Drombane in Round 2 and Loughmore Castleiney in Round 3 whilst the Intermediate hurlers will take on Arravale Rovers in Round 1, Cappawhite in Round 2 and Lattin Cullen Gaels in Round 3. In the county league, Kiladangan will face Drom Inch in Round 1 in Puckane. Round 2 will be away to Killruane MacDonaghs, Round 3 at home to Borris Ileigh, Round 4 away to Upperchurch Drombane and Round 5 away to Eire Og Annacarty.

Committee Meeting
At a recent executive committee meeting recently, the management teams for 2017 have been fully confirmed. The Intermediate management team was fully confirmed and will include Eamonn Kelly, Joe Kelly, Eddie Fogarty and Art Flannery. Brian Kelly and Jack Loughnane will be joined by Liam Kelly (Ashley Park), Murty Nolan and Willie Connors (coach) for the minor management. Also, Gerry Slattery was confirmed as the clubs player insurance officer.

Under 16 ‘A’ Football
The Under 16 footballers will commence their campaign this coming Saturday (25th) against Borris Ileigh in Puckane at 3.00 pm.

Fitzgibbon Cup
There will be a big Kiladangan interest in the Fitzgibbon Cup Semi Final this coming Friday when Limerick IT take on Mary Immaculate College. In the Quarter Final action last week, there were three Kiladangan players starting for Mary Immaculate College in their 4-18 to 1-16 win over NUIG with David Sweeney (corner back), Alan Flynn (wing back) and Tadhg Gallagher (corner forward) with Tadhg scoring a goal. Willie Connors started midfield and scored a point for Limerick IT who defeated UCD on a 1-20 to 1-13 scoreline.

Club Lotto
Numbers drawn for last weeks lotto were 7, 11, 23, 24 with no winner. Lucky Dips – Rory Gavin (Annabeg) | Patrice Cleary (Annagh) | John Slattery (New York) | Liz Harty (Kiladangan) | Promoter - Liam Flannery (Monsea). Next week’s jackpot will be €3,500. Thanks for your continued support.

Registration for adult club membership is now live on the club website with the rates as follows:
Playing Membership - €50
Student Membership - €30
Non Playing Membership - €30
Membership can be paid online at the club website : kiladangangaa.com.
There is also the €200 membership option which includes year entry to both the Kiladangan lotto and Tipp draw aswell as club membership.
As part of this years membership, we will be holding draws amongst our Adult and Juvenile members for tickets to Tipperary Senior Hurling championship games.

Walking Track
The clubs walking track is up and running now and its great to see the big crowds down walking on it every evening. You need to be a member to use the walking track and membership (€30) can be paid to club registrar Fergal Hayes (0861506266).

Juvenile Training
The parish league is continuing this Friday night at 6.15 pm.

New York Trip
Please spread the word with any of your friends or relatives who reside in New York City or surrounding areas. There is a large contigent from the parish and surrounding areas travelling to NYC and they would love for people to join them in Slattery's Midtown Bar on Sat 25th Feb, a Great Night Guaranteed. Tickets will be available on the door or contact Darragh on 0872429545 or any of the travelling party to secure a ticket.

GAA Membership Card
The GAA has announced details of a new GAA Membership Card and rewards programme. Members are being asked to sign up online via gaa.ie/grma and will receive a new official GAA Membership Card personalised with their name, club and GAA Membership Number.
The grma rewards programme will also be available from January and will provide GAA Members with access to exclusive discounts, special offers and the opportunity to earn points for going to games. Points can be redeemed by individual members or pooled for redemption by GAA clubs.

Tipperary Supporter's club membership
Is available from Catherine Gleeson (0879177233). It costs €40 and includes a DVD of 2016 all Ireland hurling final with highlights of the minor final.
