Kiladangan GAA Club Social will take place on Saturday 3rd February 2024 in the GAA complex in Puckane. It promises to be a great night - more details to be announced soon.

Adjourned AGM

Kiladangan GAA Adjourned AGM will take place this coming Friday 12th January at 7.00 pm in the GAA complex in Puckane. It would be great to see a big crowd there.

Intercounty

Barry Hogan, Sean Hayes and Billy Seymour were members of the Tipperary Senior Hurling Panel for last Sundays Munster Hurling League game against Waterford which Waterford won on a 1-22 to 1-20 scoreline. Barry started in goals, Sean started wing forward whilst Billy made an appearance off the bench.
Tipperary will face Kerry this coming Sunday 14th January at 2.00 pm in Nenagh in the next game of the Munster Hurling League.

Ireland Lights Up and Every Step Counts Challenge

Kiladangan GAA will be taking part in ‘Ireland Lights Up’ & Irish Life - ‘Every Step Counts Challenge’ 2024.The Ireland Lights Up event will run every Wednesday from the 10th of January for six weeks on our community walking track in the GAA grounds in Puckane. Participants of all levels are encouraged to get involved. Our first walk will take place on Wednesday 10th January at 7.30 pm on our walking track - it would be great to see a big crowd there.We will also be taking part in the 'Every Steps Counts Challenge' - details of which are on KiladanganGAA.com

Scor na bPaisti
There will be a Scor na bPaisti Information evening taking place this coming Friday 12th January from 6 to 6.30 pm in the GAA complex in Puckane. Categories are figure dancing, set dancing, recitation/story telling, solo song, ballad group, instrumental music group, question time, novelty act. The Kiladangan parish final is arranged for Ballycommon Hall on Friday 9th February. Encouraging all to take part, eligible if child attends national school and are a Kiladangan club member.

Schools Handball

Congratulations to Cathal Carmody and Jim Cullinane from Carrig N.S. who won the County U-11 doubles Cumann na mBunscol final last Saturday. They will represent Tipperary in the Munster competition in a few weeks time.

Club Lotto
There was no winner of Tuesday 2nd January Lotto jackpot of €18,750.

Jackpot numbers were 3,21,24,31. No winner of the Second Chance €500 draw with the number 29,31,32,35.

Astro and Ballwall Development

Our Astro and Ballwall development is nearing the completion of phase 1 of the project which will see the wall completed and fencing erected. Over the coming weeks the committee will turn their efforts to planning for phase 2 of the project . Thanks to all who have contributed to our donation scheme, these contributions and commitment have allowed the project to get to this point.   As we plan for the final phase of the project over the coming months, we ask you and your family to consider contributing to our donation scheme.
