Senior
The senior hurlers lost out to Loughmore Castleiney on a 2-14 to 2-19 scoreline in the last game of the group stage. Dan O’Meara and Paul Flynn were the Kiladangan goal scorers. Team and Scorers are available on the club website. With the group now complete, the lads have came last in the group and now need to win the North divisional championship to avoid the relegation playoff to Senior ‘B’ and to progress to the latter stages of this years county championship. The North Semi Final will take place this coming Saturday 19th against Nenagh Eire Og at 6.30 pm in Dolla. Please come out and support the lads in what is a very important game for the club.

Intermediate
The Intermediate hurlers had a fantastic 2-16 to 0-16 win over Lattin Cullen Gaels last Friday evening in Newport in the last game of the county group stages with a very strong second half performance from the lads. Paraic Kelly was the scorer of both Kiladangan goals with the team and scorers available on the club website. The lads have came second in the group after two wins and a loss which now means they have earned a spot in the County Preliminary Quarter Final. We will have to wait until the conclusion of the divisional championships before the draw is made.

Minor
An understrength minor hurling team lost out to Roscrea last Thursday evening in their last game of the group stages. Team and Scorers are available on the club website This game didn’t have any affect on the semi final pairings with Kiladangan due to take on Toomevara on Wednesday 30th August at 6.30 pm in Nenagh.
They lost out to a very strong Kilruane MacDonaghs team in the North ‘B’ Football final last Monday week ago.

U6/8/10
U6 and U8 hurling continues every Wednesday evening from 6.30-7.30pm. Both teams travelled to Ballinderry on Saturday morning where they took on Shannon Rovers. They all played really well and many thanks to the host club. The U8s will play Kilruane this Thursday evening in Cloughjordan. U10s training is on Wednesdays at 7.00pm.

U11
The U11 North Hurling Championship gets underway this Friday with our first game against Borrisokane in Borrisokane at 7.00pm.

U14
The U14s have reached the semi final stage of the North Hurling Championship and will play Silvermines in Dolla this Wednesday evening at 7.00pm. Best of luck to the lads.

U16
The U16s lost out to Nenagh last Wednesday evening on a scoreline of 1-12 to 2-19. Their final group match is against Ballinahinch Templederry this Monday evening at 7.00 pm in Puckane.

Club Lotto
There was no winner of last weeks jackpot. Numbers drawn: 3,8,10,11. Lucky dip: Noel Ryan (Druminascart), John Ehinger (Puckane), John Loughnane (Summerhill), Bernie Gavin (Annaghbeg), Promoter - Margaret Hayes. Next week’s jackpot will be €6,000. Thanks for your continued support.

Club Development
The past number of weeks have seen steady progress on the new club facilities with ground work construction almost complete in preparation for steel structure. The Eighteen-member development committee have put in a massive effort to progress the funding strands, with the ‘Give a Grand Scheme’ reaching a figure of 131K this week. This is a huge commitment by people in our parish and we can all look forward to modern sports and community facilities very soon. The committee have also made significant progress on a Business donation scheme which is on course to reach targets.
