Blast from the Past
This coming Friday 28th March will mark the 20 year anniversary of the club's All Ireland Intermediate title victory with a strong showing in the late stages of the game clinching a 2-13 to 1-13 victory over Kilkenny's Carrickshock resulting in Kiladangan being the first ever club to claim the All Ireland Intermediate Hurling title.
We will be posting clips on social media of the build up to the game along with the post match celebrations.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the victorious panel and management will officially open our brand new astroturf and ball wall facility on Saturday 12th April. It promises to be a great day and all are welcome to attend.
Senior
Best of luck to the Senior hurlers who take on Toomevara this coming Sunday 30th March in the second round of the County Hurling League - the game will take place in Toomevara with a throw in time of 12 noon.
Junior 'A'
The Junior 'A' hurlers will commence their North League campaign on Tuesday 1st April against Nenagh Eire Og in Puckane with a 7.30 pm throw in.
Under 17
The Under 17 hurling game scheduled to take place last Sunday 23rd March in the County League did not go ahead as Kilsheelan Grangemockler conceded the game. The lads will face Emly Eire Og Annacarty this coming Sunday 30th March at 3.00 pm in Puckane in Division 4 of the County Football League.
Intercounty
Well done to Barry Hogan, Willie Connors and Billy Seymour and the Tipperary Senior Hurlers who defeated Clare last Saturday in Semple Stadium in the final group game of the National Hurling League. They now go onto face Cork on the weekend of Sunday 6th April in the League Final.
At half time of the Tipperary v Clare game, the victorious Tipperary All Ireland Under 15 Champions from last August were presented with their medals. Kiladangan's Ruairi Hackett received his medal from Tipperary Senior Hurler Alan Tynan. Well done Ruairi.
Easter GAA Camp
Date for the diary - Kiladangan GAA Club will host a Tipperary GAA Easter Camp this year from Tuesday 15th to Thursday 17th April. Online booking is now open.

There was no winner of the Monday 17th March Lotto jackpot of €15,600

Jersey Presentation
The club would like to thank former player Aidan O'Meara of Stonehaven Steadings who has sponsored jerseys for our Under 15 team. A huge thanks to Aidan and his company Stonehaven Steadings for supporting his former club and community .
Scór na bPáistí
Well done to our talented youngsters that represented the parish last Sunday in Portroe in the Scór na bPáistí North Final. Kiladangan claimed three North titles - a fantastic achievement. Well done to our Figure Dancers (Claire Hassett, Nora Mae McNamara, Ciara Quinn, Hannah Quinn, Clodagh Finch, Emily Quinn, Katie Kelly, Emma Darcy), Music Group (Orlaith Kelly, Leah Carey, Stephen Byrne, Jim Cullinane, Eoin Kelly) and Trath na gCeist team (Sarah Grey, Aoise Connors, Ava Fitzgerald, Jack Fitzgerald). They will all now progress to the County Final which takes place on April 6th in Cashel.
Hard luck to our Music Group of Kieran Girard, Joe Finch, Sarah Ryan, Aoise Connors and the Ballad Group of Sophie Garland, Lily Chadwick, Chloe Kingston, Ava Fitzgerald - they can be very proud of the excellent performances that they put in. There was a very high standard on show throughout the day with great performances put in from all entries.
It's great to see the Scór thriving in the parish - well done to all.
Umpire Training
The North Board will be running a Umpire Training Course on Wednesday 2nd April at 8.00 pm in Nenagh Éire Óg Sports Complex.
Those that attend the course will receive North Board Match Day Passes for both Adult and Juvenile Games.

Camogie News
Well done to the Under 12s that participated in the county blitz that was held in Fethard Town Park last Saturday. The girls played three mighty games in very tough weather conditions. The girls will be out again in two weeks time.
Well done to Under 14s who got their championship off to a winning start after the beat Slieve Felim last Saturday - Final score was 3-3 to 1-5. Super effort from the girls after a very hard battle. Congrats to all the girls and management.
Hard luck to our Junior C camogie's that lost to Shannon Rovers last Sunday morning in Puckane. The girls will be playing Burgess in the next round in a few weeks time.
Best of luck to Isabelle Kingston and Siobhan Quinn (selector) and the Tipperary Minor camogie team that face Wexford this Sunday at 2.00 pm in the County Camogie grounds in the Ragg in their All Ireland Quarter Final.

The club wish to express sympathy to the Gallagher family (as well as the Hogan and Heffernan families) on the sad passing of Margaret's niece Niamh Heffernan (nee Hogan) - Clonoulty and formerly of Ballywilliam. May she rest in peace.
