Camogie Notes
Well done to our two Junior Camogie teams that have made it two wins from two in this year’s leagues. The Junior A’s had a great win over Templemore in Puckane on Friday evening, while our Junior C team had a hard-earned win over Nenagh Eire óg.

Well done to Aoife Gleason and the Tipperary U23 Camogie team that made a great comeback in the second half to get a draw away to Dublin in their first round of the All-Ireland Championship last Sunday.

Hard luck to Isabelle Kingston and Siobhan Quinn(selector) and the Tipperary minor Camogie team that lost to Galway on Sunday. They now prepare for an All-Ireland Semi-final which will be played over the coming weeks.

Sympathy
Kiladangan GAA Club is deeply saddened by the passing of Ted Ryan, Druminascart, a former player and lifelong supporter of our club. In 1958, Ted played with the last Carney hurling team. Ted proudly wore the Kiladangan colours during the 1960s, lining out for both the intermediate and senior teams. His contribution did not end with his playing days. In 1971, Ted served as a selector with the Intermediate team that achieved great success, winning both the North and County Finals. Beyond his formal roles, Ted was a constant and familiar presence at matches over the years. He will also be fondly remembered as a very witty and friendly character, whose presence brought warmth and good humour to all those around him. We extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences to Ted’s family and friends at this very sad time. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
