The senior footballers relegation game against Eire Og Annacarty will take place this Tuesday evening (9th Sept) in Puckane at 8 pm. Please come out to support the lads.

Intermediate Hurling

Well done to the Intermediate hurlers who had a hard earned 1-15 to 1-13 win over Arravale Rovers last Saturday in Kilcommon in the Intermediate Hurling relegation play off with a late Tom O’Meara goal proving to be the winning of the game for Kiladangan. Team and scorers are available on the club website. This result now ensures Kiladangan’s Intermediate status for 2019. Well done to the lads on retaining their status in what was a challenging yet competitive year. Many thanks to the management team of Dermot Hogan, Joe Gallagher and Martin Minehan on the work that they did with the lads throughout the campaign.

Under 21 Hurling

Kiladangan will commence their Under 21 hurling campaign this coming Saturday 13th October against Roscrea at 2.30 pm in Toomevara . Please come out to support the lads.

Amanda Stapleton Benefit Night

On Saturday 3rd November, an exhibition game between Tipperary and Kilkenny will take place in Borrisoleigh at 6.00 pm where players such as Eoin Kelly, Lar Corbett, Henry Shefflin and Tommy Walsh will do battle once again as part of ‘The Legends Return’ game as a fundraising event for Amanda Stapleton (sister of former Tipperary hurler Paddy Stapleton) who was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. As well as the match there will be a 5km club colours fun run at 11am on the morning of the game. The club would urge as many as its supporters to attend both events in what is a very worthwhile cause.

Under 11

The annual Dick Mulcahy Under 11 hurling tournmant took place in Puckane last Sunday morning with Kiladangan joined by Burgess, Newport and Tommy Larkins. Well done to everyone who took part in what was a great tournament.
