Centenary Dinner Dance
Thanks to the big crowd that attended a very successful club centenary dinner dance which was held in The Thatched Cottage last Friday. The club would like to thank Eamon O’Shea who acted as guest speaker on the night and thanks to the The Thatched Cottage who acted as excellent hosts whilst well done to Joe Gallagher who was named on the night as Kiladangan Hurler of the Year for 2015.

Senior 
The senior hurlers will make their 2016 competitive debut this Sunday at 11.30 am in Dolla where they take on Silvermines in the first round of the county challenge cup.

Fitzgibbon Cup
Congrats to Tadhg Gallagher, Alan Flynn and David Sweeney who were members of the Mary I panel that claimed the Fitzgibbon Cup title at the weekend after defeating University of Limerick. Well done to the three lads on a magnificent achievement. Commiserations to Willie Connors who was a member of the Limerick IT panel who were defeated at the semi final stages.

Membership
Membership is now being taken for the senior club with the rate of €50 for adult players and €30 for students and non-playing members. Membership money can be given to any club officer.

Club lotto
Numbers drawn were 15,21,23,26 with no winner. Next weeks jackpot stands at €6,900. Thanks to all for your continued support.

Club History Publication
The book detailing the clubs history ‘Kiladangan – A Centenary History’ written by Danny Grace and Seamus Hogan is available to purchase at a price of €20 from any club officer.

Kiladangan’s Cycling Challenge 2016
As we draw closer to the date of our Cycling Challenge preparations are well on the way for what promises to be a great event. We are delighted to announce that as part of the 10k route as special ‘High Nelly’ event will take place. So dust down and oil up the old lady, find some suitable attire, get a little training to be ready for a great event on Sunday the 10th. A prize will be on offer for the best dressed ‘High Nelly’. Training spins continue on Sunday mornings, to keep up to date with training spins follow on Facebook or contact Cathal Hanrahan on 086 3506204.
