County League

The Intermediate hurlers defeated Boherlahan Dualla last Wednesday in Puckane on a 1-22 to 1-15 scoreline in a free flowing game in what was their last match of the league. The Kiladangan goal came through Paraic Kelly. Team, scorers and score tracker are available on the club website. Having survived relegation, the lads will play in Division 3 next year. They will resume their competitive action in the County Championship once Tipperary’s involvement in the All Ireland Championship ends.


Junior ‘B’ Championship

The Junior ‘B’s had an impressive 0-19 to 0-14 win over Templederry last Saturday evening in Puckane in their 2nd game of the Junior ‘B’ championship. Teams, scorers and score tracker are available on the club website. The lads currently sit top of the table after three rounds. They will take on Portroe this coming Saturday at 7pm in Portoe.


Munster Score Square Competition

Many thanks to everyone who entered the square competition for the Munster Hurling Championship final. Well done to Eoin Kelly who won the full time prize of €500 and to Seamus Gleeson who won the half time prize of €250.

Lotto

There was no winner of Monday 24th June lotto jackpot of €6,200 with the numbers drawn 2,3,8,19.

There was no winner of the '€500 Second Chance' draw with the numbers drawn 3,16,26,30.

The Kiladangan lotto is now available to play online through the club’s website at Kiladangangaa.com.


Inter County Action

Commiserations to Willie Connors, Alan Flynn, Barry Hogan, David Sweeney and Darragh Egan as Tipperary were defeated by Limerick last Sunday in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship final.

Under 12

Next game for the U12 Roinn B team is at home to Roscrea on Tuesday 9th July at 7.00pm. While the Roinn D team will play Kilruane in Ardcroney on 12th July also at 7.00pm.

Under 14

Our U14s lost out to a strong Borrisokane outfit away last Thursday evening on a scoreline of 2-4 to 6-14. Goalscorers for Kiladangan were Jack Connolly and Richard Cullinan.

Under 16

The U16s first game of the championship is at home to Silvermines on Monday 8th July at 7.00pm.



Sympathy

The club wish to express sympathy to the friends and family of Mike Nihill (Blackfort, Puckane) and to Ina Treacy (Portumna – mother of Kiladangan senior coach Sean Treacy) who passed away recently.
