Intercounty Action
Well done to Billy Seymour and Sean Hayes who were part of the Tipperary U20 panel that defeated Cork last Saturday evening on a 5-17 to 1-18 scoreline in the All Ireland Hurling Final. Billy Seymour gave an outstanding display and received the man of the match award after he scored 2-5 from the full forward position with 2-2 coming within the first 10 minutes of the game whilst Sean Hayes made a substitution appearance early in the second half and still has two more years at the grade. Well done to both lads on their win and its great to have two more All Ireland medals coming back to the parish, a total of six in six days. Well done to all.

The curtain came down on our U16s season following on a loss to Toomevara last Thursday evening in Nenagh at semi final stage. It was a tough, hard-fought, close game all the way through but in the end the opposition held out to proceed to the north final on a scoreline of 0-13 to 0-16.
