Senior Championship

The Senior hurlers will take on Kilruane MacDonaghs this Saturday at 7.00 pm in Cloughjordan in the County Challenge Cup 3rd Round.

Junior ‘A’ League

An Eoin Kelly go with the last puck of the game ensured a 3-15 to 2-16 win over Toomevara last Saturday evening which booked a spot in the Semi Final where they will take on Nenagh Eire Og which is likely to take place this weekend. Please check the clubs social media sites for the full fixture once confirmed.

Junior ‘B’ League

The Junior ‘B’ hurlers lost away to Lorrha last Sunday evening on a 2-8 to 3-20 scoreline. They will need to defeat Portroe in their last game of the group stage if they are to progess to the semi final.

Membership

Membership is now being taken for the senior club with the rate of €50 for adult players and €30 for students and non-playing members. Membership money can be given to any club officer.

Stars in their Eyes

The club will host a ‘Stars in their Eyes’ fundraiser on Sunday June 5th in the Hurling field in Puckane where many locals will take to the stages singing. This event will act as a joint fundraiser for the development of the facilities in the GAA club in Puckane as well for the North Tipp Hospice. Tickets for the event are priced at €20 and are available from any club officer.

Club Lotto

Numbers drawn were 7,11,23,30 with no winner. Next weeks jackpot stands at €8,000. Thanks to all for your continued support.

The Under 14 footballers were defeated by Lorrha/Rovers Gaels last Wednesday evening on a 2-9 to 1-4 scoreline in the North ‘B’ Semi Final.
