Premier Intermediate

Junior C Hurling Championship
The Junior ‘C’s lost out to Roscrea last Sunday in Puckane on a 1-13 to 3-14 scoreline in Round 2 of the North Junior ‘C’ Hurling Championship. Seanie Hackett was the scorer of the Kiladangan goal with full team, scorers and score tracker available at KiladangaGAA.com. They will take on Kilruane MacDonaghs in Round 3 in the coming weeks.
Under 17
Hard luck to the Under 17 who lost out to Ballinahinch Templederry in the ‘B’ Plate Final last Monday (12 September) on a 2-6 to 1-11 scoreline. This now ends the lads hurling campaign for the year. Well done to the players who put in great commitment over the last number of months and this commitment was rewarded with great improvement on the field of play. Many thanks to the management team of Martin Minehan, Darren Moran, Tom O’Meara and Liam Hayes.
Under 15
The Under 15 hurlers will be out in Semi Final action this Thursday 22nd September at 6 pm in Borrisokane (please note change of venue from Kilcolman) against Silvermines. Please come out to support the lads.
Under 13
Well done to both Under 13 sides who won silverware last week. The ‘B’ side won the North ‘B’ Championship final last Tuesday (12th September) with a 4-10 to 3-5 win over Burgess in Cloughjordan. Ruairi Hackett (2), Riain McGrath and James O’Dwyer were the Kiladangan goal scorers. As joint captains, both Ruairi and Riain were presented with cup after the game. Well done to the players and management on a brilliant win. They will now take on Sean Treacys in the County Semi Final this Sunday morning at 11 am in Templemore.
The ‘D’ side followed suit with a great win over Portroe on Wednesday 13th in the North ‘D’ Plate Hurling Final. Kiladangan captain Ciaran Cornally accepted the plate after the game. Well done to the players who played great stuff throughout the year and many thanks to the management team of Gary Byrne, Eddie Fogarty, Michael Whelan, Dave Powell, James Cullinane and Tim O’Brien.
Lotto
Kiladangan Lotto draw took place last Monday 12th September. There was no winner of the €10,100 jackpot (15,21,33,34) or the Second Chance €500 draw (5,20,25,31)

The 2022-2023 Tipperary Draw will commence on Friday September 30th with a prize fund of €500k. A Car worth €15k or cash alternative along with cash prizes will be won each month. Sympathy
Kiladangan GAA club wish to express sympathy to the friends and family on the sad passing of John Tucker, Nenagh. John worked a number of years with the CE scheme maintaining our GAA field in Puckane. He will be sadly missed. The club also wish to express sympathy to the Killeen family on the passing of Mary’s brother Frank Heenan, Borrisokane. May he rest in peace.
