County Hurling League

Round 4 of the County Hurling League will take place this coming Sunday at 12 noon in Puckane against Mullinahone.

North Junior ‘A’ Hurling League

Hard luck to the Junior ‘A’ hurlers who were unlucky to lose out to Roscrea by 1-13 to 1-14 in round 3 of the North League which took place last Friday evening in Puckane. Darren Ryan was the Kiladangan goal scorer late in the game from a free. Full team, scorers and score tracker available at KiladanganGAA.com. Round 4 will take place this coming Friday against Borris Ileigh in Borrisoleigh at 7pm.

North Junior ‘B’ Hurling League

The Junior ‘B’s lost out to a strong Silvermines side by 2-10 to 3-12 last Saturday evening in Puckane in the second round of the North League. Cathal Hayes and Frank Flannery were the Kiladangan goal scorers. Full team, scorers and score tracker available at KiladanganGAA.com. They will take on Templederry Kenyons this Thursday evening at 7pm in Templederry in the third round.

Under 19

The Under 19’s commenced the North ‘A’ Hurling League last Wednesday. The lads lost out by 0-13 to 2-14 but put in a workmanlike performance throughout. They will face Roscrea this Wednesday 27th April at 7pm in Puckane in the second round.

Under 17

The Under 17’s were due to commence the County ‘B’ Hurling League last Monday 25th April in Puckane but did not go ahead as Shannon Rovers Gaels were unable to field.

Under 15

The Under 15 footballers lost out to a strong Roscrea last Thursday evening in the North ‘B’ Championship. They take on Silvermines this Thursday at 6.30 pm in Dolla in their next game.

Under 13

The Under 13 footballers took on Silvermines on Tuesday 26th April in the North ‘B’ Semi Final in Dolla with no result at time of going to print.

Intercounty Senior Hurling

Hard luck to James Quigley (full back), Alan Flynn, Barry Hogan and Paul Flynn who were part of the Tipperary Senior Hurling panel that were defeated by Clare last Sunday in the second round of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship. Hard luck also to Darragh Egan as the Wexford hurlers lost out to Dublin in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship.

Tipperary Under 20 Hurling

Best of luck to Shane Gleeson who is part of the Tipperary Under 20 Hurling panel that take on Cork this coming Wednesday 27th April in the Munster Semi Final. Throw in at 7.30 pm in FBD Semple Stadium.

Lotto

Kiladangan Lotto draw took place last Monday 18th April. There was no winner of the €20,200 jackpot (1,2,33,34) or the Second Chance €500 Draw (8,19,22,24). The €25 lucky dip winners were as follows: Joyce Kelly (Hogan’s Pass), Helen Collins (Silvermines), Orla Ryan (online), Sinead O’Brien (online)
