Euromillions & Trip to New York
A big congratulations to Ann Healy (Knigh) who was the lucky winner of the trip to New York as part of the Kiladangan Euromilions. Many thanks to all those that supported the fundraiser. Enjoy Ann!!
Golden Ticket Fundraiser
The Kelly family are running a fundraiser in memory of Paddy Kelly, with the proceeds being split 50/50 between Kiladangan GAA and North Tipp Hospice. There will be 950 big bars of chocolate for sale at €10 each and are available from local shops and bars within the parish or by contacting Eamonn Kelly on 086 252 4819. There will be 10 “golden tickets” to be found with €1,000 prizing money with one lucky winner getting €500.
College’s Hurling
The second round of College’s Hurling took place last week. On Wednesday 26th, Darragh Flannery was a member of the NUI Galway panel that defeated Mary I by 1-20 to 2-8. They will take on UCC in the final group game this Wednesday at 4.45 pm in Dangan Galway. Fergal Hayes played in the full back line for Carlow IT in their 2-22 to 2-19 win over Maynooth. They face DCU this Wednesday at 7.15 pm in DCU.
Billy Seymour scored 11 points from full forward for TUS Midwest (formally Limerick IT) whilst Ronan Ducie was a member of the panel when they defeated TU Dublin by 0-24 to 0-16. They have a bye this weekend in Group C.
Conor Byrne was on the MIC Thurles team who were defeated by Ulster University by 1-12 to 1-18 in the second round of the Ryan Cup. They face TUS Midlands this Thursday at 6pm in Borris in Ossory.
Lotto
Kiladangan Lotto draw took place last Monday 24th January. There was no winner of the €19,000 jackpot (3,15,29,36) or the Second Chance €500 Draw (11,13,20,29) The €25 lucky dip winners were as follows:

Every Step Counts Challenge
The “Every Step Counts” challenge is back where clubs walk/run a collective 4,000km (that's roughly the distance around Ireland!) between January 19th to February 23rd. Clubs that reach this target will be entered into a prize draw in each province there are 3x O'Neills vouchers up for grabs - €2,500, €1,500 & €1,000. There has been a great uptake in the parish with a large number competing. Anyone can register for this so appreciate if you can support and forward the link below to anyone you think may be interested in taking part. Sympathy
The club wish to express sympathy to the friends and family of Jack Dunne (Staten Island, New York and formerly of Prospect, Puckane) who passed away recently. Jack was one of the club’s oldest living players, having hurled senior with the club in the 1950’s and was a yearly summer visitor to the parish. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
The club also express sympathy to the Tomlinson family (Nenagh) on the sad passing of Noelie Junior. May he rest in peace.
Sympathy is also expressed to the Gavin family on the sad passing of Bridie Gavin, St Conlon’s Road Nenagh. May she rest in peace
